Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Our digital products are delivered electronically in the format specified on the corresponding product page.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a digital product has been downloaded or made available for download, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or changes of format.

Before Download

You may request cancellation of a digital product order provided that the product has not yet been downloaded or accessed.

Technical or Availability Issues

If a technical or other issue attributable to Cipher Horus Publ1sh1ng prevents you from downloading or accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us at hello@cipherhoruspubl1sh1ng.com so that we can review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

If a digital product becomes unavailable before it has been delivered or made available for download, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund for the amount paid for that product.

After Download

Once a digital product has been downloaded or made available for download, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for problems caused by the customer's internet connection, device, operating system, software, storage, or other third-party hardware or services that prevent or interfere with the download or use of a digital product.

Incorrect or Defective Files

If you receive an incorrect file or encounter a material defect in the digital file that prevents you from accessing or using the purchased product as described, please contact us at hello@cipherhoruspubl1sh1ng.com

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file or another suitable solution.

Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

Requests concerning duplicate or accidental purchases may be reviewed individually, provided that the digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.
